Policies
Class Schedule
Classes are typically offered 1-3 times a week, and are 1-1.5 hours long.
There are exceptions to this, depending on the student’s needs and the student’s or tutor’s schedule.
Payment
All classes must be prepaid monthly. If they are not paid for prior to the class time, classes will be terminated.
Please contact us for the hourly rates for our classes.
Absence/Tardiness
Excessive absence and/or tardiness will result in your removal from our program.
If you cannot make it to a class, you must notify us at least 2 days in advance. If you notify us 1 day in advance, you will be charged 50% of the tuition rate. Otherwise, it will be regarded as an absence, and you will be charged in full for the absence.
If our tutors cannot make it to a session, we will make our best effort to reschedule the class to another time. If we are unable to work out a new time, you will be refunded.
Student Conduct
During classes, students are expected to be attentive and engaged. Students must also be respectful of our tutors at all times.
For virtual classes, students should have their cameras and microphones on. This enables us to keep our classes running as smooth as possible and ensure active communication.
Termination of Schedule
At any point, if you would like to terminate classes with us, please let us know at least 48 hours before your student’s next class. We will then refund any unused balance.
We reserve the right to terminate your student’s schedule at any point.
Guarantee/Disclaimer
We will do our best to support your student in every way we can to help them grow in their abilities. We guarantee that we will use all of the experience and knowledge we have to contribute to your student’s success within their abilities and commitment level. Our goal is to, along with this, support your student to maintain high grades in school and/or scores on tests. However, we cannot guarantee that your student’s scores will improve as a result of our program.
